Lorraine Cleary is our experienced Nurse Practitioner. Lorraine has been working as a nurse for over 40 years, and as a Nurse Practitioner for more than 10 years. She has worked in a variety of hospital settings, urgent care, and corporations, such as Kodak and Johnson & Johnson. She is certified in Botox and Dermal Filler injections, and she has attended a variety of trainings including Empire Medical, the National Laser Institute in Arizona, and The American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine in Miami. She has also been part of our local trainings and virtual trainings with some of the top leaders in the industry such as Emily Tryon, Dr. Tim Pierce (specializing in injectable safety), and the experts from Allergan and Gladerma. Lidiya is our Salon Manager at both our Brighton and Greece location here at Bare Element! She recently graduated from SUNY Brockport obtaining a bachelors degree in Business! Lidiya is also trained and certified in Laser Hair removal by Syneron Candela. Lidiya helps to keep our salons running smooth with hard work ethic, organization skills, and amazing customer service skills! Lidiya is caring and kind and always goes above and beyond for our customers!

Maria is our experienced Esthetician of 6 years and Certified Brow Microblader at Bare Element in Rochester NY. Maria obtained her Esthetic License from Continental School of Beauty. There after, she attended Eye Design NY, New York City's award winning Eyebrow Microblading certification course. She since has also been certified in advanced courses at the AZ Brow Dr in Scottsdale AZ. She specializes in Eyebrow Microblading, Eyebrow shading, and lip pigment blushing. Maria is also certified by Lutronic for laser tattoo removal, Blood Bourne pathogens, YUMILash Eye Lash Lifting and our many esthetic services. Maria has a passion for Esthetics and enhancing her clients natural beauty and confidence.

Michelle is our experienced Esthetician of 4 years at Bare Element in Rochester NY. Michelle obtained her Esthetic License from Continental School of Beauty. Michelle is certified and trained in Laser Hair Removal by Syneron Candela, Lutronic for tattoo removal, PCA Skin Care, Chemical Peels, YUMILash Eye Lash Lifting, Dermaplaning, the JetPeel Facial System, and our many other aesthetic facials. Samantha is our experienced Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician of 4 years at Bare Element! Samantha is certified and trained in Laser Hair Removal by Syneron Candela, Laser Tattoo Removal by Lutronic, PCA Skin Care and Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, YUMILash Eye Lash Lifting, The JetPeel Facial System and our many other aesthetic facials. Adrianna is our experienced Licensed Esthetician of 3 1/2 years at Bare Element in Rochester NY. Adrianna obtained her Esthetic’s License from Continental School of Beauty. Lareena is our licensed esthetician of 4 years, certified laser technician and experienced Lash Extension technician here at Bare Element. She obtained her esthetics license and lash training at Continental School of Beauty in 2018. Lareena has been trained in Laser hair removal by syneron Candela, and is also certified in YUMILash Eyelash Lifting, PCA skin and chemical peels, and our many other aesthetic facial treatments. Lareena is passionate about her work and loves providing all of her client’s with the highest quality treatments!

Brooke is our Licensed Cosmetologist and Nail Technician with more than 12 years of experience. Brooke obtained her cosmetology license from Shear Ego International School. Brooke specializes in gel nails, natural nails and pedicures. She is dedicated to learning and growing in the beauty industry and finds passion in satisfying all her clients nail care needs, providing them an excellent service.

Erin is our Licensed Esthetician of 2 years here at Bare Element. She obtained her esthetics license from Continental School of Beauty. She has been trained and certified in Laser hair removal by Syneron Candela, Lutronic, YUMILash Lifts, PCA Skin Care, PCA chemical peels, the JetPeel Facial system, Dermaplaning, Allergan’s Diamond Glow and our many other facial treatments. Erin has a passion for esthetics and truly cares to help her clients feel their best!

Ashley is a kind and caring registered nurse of 12 years with a passion for Medical Aesthetics and lasers. Ashley began her career in nursing at Unity hospital where she worked for 10 years as an RN. Ashley has been certified in Cosmetic Injectables at the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale AZ. She has also been certified by Candela Medical in laser hair removal and Exceed Microneedling, Cartessa in CO2 laser and RF micro needling treatments and the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine in cosmetic medical aesthetics. She enjoys enhancing our clients beauty and confidence in a natural and conservative way!

Liz is our front end coordinator and LPN injector assistant at both or Brighton and Greece Locations here at Bare Element. She has been a nurse of 41 years specializing in primary care and women health. Liz is kind and caring and enjoyed her many years of patient care within the medical side and is now loving her new adventure into medical aesthetics!

Shelley Keene is our Nurse Practitioner, Certified Cosmetic Injector! Shelley has 15 years of experience in Healthcare, she has been a Nurse Practitioner for 4 years now, and an RN for 10 years! She obtained her certification in cosmetic injectables at the Esthetics Skin Institute in Fort Lauderdale and has also gone through extensive injectable training with us at Bare Element. She has spent her years as a nurse with children and adults, primarily in the Pediatric Emergency department at RGH. As she continued her education as a nurse Practitioner at Upstate, she branched out into Pediatric Primary care. Shelley has also been certified in Radiofrequency Microneedling through Cartessa Aesthetics! Shelley enjoys enhancing our clients beauty and confidence in a natural, conservative way!

Katelyn is our Licensed Esthetician and Front End Coordinator primarily at our Brighton location. She obtained her college degree in general science, then pursued her esthetician license from Continental School of Beauty in July of 2023. She is passionate about customer satisfaction and learning new things, and looks forward to allowing clients to feel confident and educated on their skin. Katelyn anticipates advancing in the esthetics industry!

Madeline is our Licensed Esthetician at Bare Element! She recently graduated from Continental School of Beauty. Madeline is our front end coordinator at our Brighton location. She has had extensive lash training at Continental, “She salon’s” certification course and extensive training through Bare Element with our senior lash artist! She also offers facials, wax and brow lamination. Madeline has a passion for helping her clients to feel confident and beautiful!

Emiley is our front end coordinator at the Greece location. She is currently enrolled at Continental School of Beauty where she is pursing esthetics. Emiley is excited to graduate and to receive her license to further her career! As a front end coordinator she is most passionate about helping clients with appointments and their treatment plans! Emiley helps the Greece salon run smooth and is extremely welcoming to all of our amazing clients!

Julia is a licensed esthetician here at Bare Element! She graduated from Continental school of Beauty in 2022 and was certified in PCA peels by PCA in 2023. Julia has a passion for esthetics and helping clients feel and look their best, as well as feeling confident after their services!
